She joined Danielle Guinter, Shalane Cohen, and Aubrey Emig of McKonly & Asbury for an in‑depth discussion on emerging developments in health and welfare plan requirements and key lessons from recent ERISA court decisions as part of the program, “Understanding Health & Welfare Employee Benefit Plan Compliance.”

As Chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group, Renée brings deep experience advising clients on the establishment, compliance, and administration of a full range of pension, welfare, and fringe benefit plans, including qualified retirement plans, welfare arrangements, multiemployer plans, governmental plans, and complex nonqualified arrangements under Sections 409A and 280G. She regularly counsels clients on ERISA fiduciary obligations, conducts legal compliance reviews of plan documents, and assists organizations with correction procedures and best practices in governance.
