Peter represents residential, industrial and commercial property owners, developers, and businesses in real estate transactions and on land use and zoning matters. He advises clients on purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and local zoning and development, permitting, helping them move projects from planning through approval.
His practice includes negotiating and drafting all types of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and deeds. Peter also handles matters involving zoning, subdivision, land development, and related municipal approvals. He reviews zoning codes, advises on land use proposals, and helps develop strategies to secure the necessary approvals and permits.
Before joining the firm, Peter practiced environmental and real estate law with a Philadelphia-based firm, where he focused primarily on environmental risk and due diligence in real estate and corporate transactions. He also represented utility and energy companies in litigation, including customer complaints before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
