Overview

Jennifer represents real estate owners and managers in property management matters. She advises clients on rental properties and homeowners' association matters under Maryland’s property management laws and processes.

She handles landlord/tenant disputes, including tenant holdovers, fee collection, lease breaches, and property management. She supports real estate matters related to rental properties, multifamily complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, condominiums, homeowner associations, and cooperatives. She advises clients on Maryland’s property management regulations.

Before joining the firm, Jennifer worked as an associate foreclosure attorney, representing mortgage lenders and servicers in Maryland foreclosure actions, including mediations, bankruptcy inquiries, eviction proceedings, and quiet title actions. She facilitated real estate closings for foreclosure purchasers and real estate-owned (REO) companies.
