Overview

For nearly 15 years, Ilan has advised and assisted businesses throughout their corporate life cycles, from formation through exit, with extensive experience in corporate transactions (acquisitions, sales, and mergers) for privately-held businesses.

In addition to advising clients on all aspects of corporate transactions (acquisitions, sales, mergers, and other exits), Ilan’s practice as a corporate and business attorney consists of advising clients with respect to business formation, governance matters, commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, private equity and venture capital transactions, ongoing operations, compliance, recapitalizations, and reorganizations.

His clients include businesses in the automotive, biotech, construction, education, financial services, government contracting, healthcare, HVAC, life sciences, manufacturing, outdoor sports and activities, sporting goods, real estate, retail and wholesale, software and technology, and telecommunications industries.

Before joining the firm, Ilan had a successful career in information technology. He served as a civilian employee and defense contractor for a private technology and management consulting firm that served the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense.
