Gelareh represents businesses across various industries in corporate transactions and compliance. She advises clients in mergers and acquisitions and financings.
She handles matters on both the buyer and seller sides of complex commercial transactions. She represents clients through due diligence, goal-setting, document drafting, and commercial agreements to maintain normal business operations during the complex processes of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Before joining the firm, Gelareh gained valuable experience through judicial internships with the Honorable Yvette Kane at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Michelle H. Sibert at the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
