McNees Expands Litigation Team with Addition of Daniel Hicks

RADNOR, Pa. — (March 10, 2025) McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that Daniel Hicks has joined the firm’s Litigation Group in its recently expanded Radnor office. Hicks will focus on fiduciary litigation, guardianship matters and Orphans’ Court proceedings, further strengthening the firm’s presence in the Greater Philadelphia area. 

Before joining McNees, Hicks practiced in the areas of general liability, personal injury and medical malpractice. He is skilled in drafting motions, taking and defending depositions and negotiating settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. 

Hicks also gained valuable experience as a legal intern at an estate planning firm, where he assisted in drafting wills, powers of attorney and business-related transactions. Additionally, Hicks served as a law clerk with the Delaware Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, where he worked on criminal matters and researched regulatory issues. 

Hicks earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine.
