Beyond primary purchase agreements and leases, Ellie drafts, reviews, and negotiates the full range of supporting and ancillary agreements that accompany commercial real estate transactions. These include easements, licenses, deeds, estoppel certificates, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, assignments, amendments, guaranties, memoranda of lease, letters of intent, due diligence materials, title and survey objection letters, and closing documents.
