Overview
As the director of operations, Briana serves as a strategic partner to the chief operating officer, translating the firm's leadership vision into actionable strategies that drive client service, efficiency, support growth, and strengthen day-to-day operations across all departments.
Briana leads cross-functional projects and refines internal operations to maximize return on investment (ROI), while driving change management and creating seamless experiences for McNees’ clients and team members. Working alongside practice group leaders, department leaders, and firm leadership, she develops, implements, and monitors strategic and operational plans that keep the firm aligned with its long-term objectives.
Briana has more than 15 years of progressive experience in client service, operations, business development, marketing, and professional services. Leveraging her background, she integrates people, processes, and technology to strengthen the firm’s operational infrastructure and support a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
