McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Brigid Landy Khuri is moderating the Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts’ Appellate Court Candidates Forum on Tuesday evening. Candidates for the commonwealth’s appellate courts, including the Supreme Court, Superior Court and Commonwealth Court, will answer questions and provide voters an opportunity to get to know them and their judicial philosophies. Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts is a nonpartisan, nonprofit group that works to educate Pennsylvanians about the Commonwealth’s judicial branch and advocates for judicial reforms that promote inclusion and access to justice. Khuri is on the Board of Directors. What: Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts will host the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts Candidates Forum Who: McNees attorney Brigid Landy Khuri is moderating the event. Participating candidates include:
  • Supreme Court: Judge Carolyn Carluccio and Judge Daniel McCaffery
  • Superior Court: Maria Battista, Jill Beck and Judge Timika Lane
  • Commonwealth Court: Megan Martin and Judge Matt Wolf
