McNees attorneys Kendra McGuire and Alison Smith joined panelists for the annual Pennsylvania Guardianship Justice Summit, hosted by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Office of Elder Justice in the Courts, on May 7-9, 2025, in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Kendra and Alison joined leaders, advocates, and professionals working to reimagine and strengthen guardianship in Pennsylvania. The Summit provided an opportunity to collaborate with all stakeholders to protect the rights and dignity of vulnerable adults.
