2026 PA Chamber Healthcare Summit

Healthcare and corporate law attorney Alexandra Ahlbrandt joined healthcare professionals and leaders from across Pennsylvania as a panel moderator at the PA Chamber of Building and Industry’s Healthcare Summit on May 20. The panel discussion, “AI in Healthcare: Innovation, Regulation & Risk”, explored the benefits and potential pitfalls of AI and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector.

Alexandra represents hospitals and health systems, long-term care providers, home health agencies, ambulatory surgical centers, behavioral health providers, and professional trade associations through mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, asset transfers, reorganizations, and other transactional matters, including related regulatory filings and structuring. She also counsels clients on regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, fraud and abuse, and medical staff issues, and advises on corporate governance, contract negotiations, and entity formation.
