Veronica handles complex litigation and provides strategic counsel to clients across a broad range of industries, including commercial real estate owners and developers, general contractors, subcontractors, local governments, healthcare insurance providers, and commercial business owners.
In her construction and procurement law practice, Veronica counsels clients through all project phases, from preconstruction planning and contract disputes to lien claims and disputes before the Pennsylvania Board of Claims. She advises on risk management and alternative dispute resolution strategies, particularly in high-stakes construction matters involving project delays, payment disputes, and zoning challenges. Known for her ability to distill complex technical issues and navigate both regulatory and procurement frameworks, Veronica helps clients resolve disputes efficiently and keep their projects on track.
In her real estate litigation practice, Veronica advises clients on a range of commercial, environmental, and procurement-related matters. She represents clients in property disputes, permitting and land-use issues, regulatory compliance, and contract enforcement, helping them structure real estate projects to minimize legal risks and comply with applicable regulations. Her litigation experience spans trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration forums, with cases involving residential and commercial development, zoning appeals, and complex title and access issues.
Veronica dedicates time to various legal and construction communities outside her legal practice. She serves on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Committee on Rules of Evidence and is a member of its AI Taskforce Subcommittee. She sits on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Section Council, serving as its diversity liaison, and is the vice chair for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Veronica also chairs the Total Human Health Committee for Associated Builders and Contractors.
Veronica is committed to giving back to her community by volunteering with the Dauphin County Guardianship Monitoring Program, serving monthly dinners for people experiencing homelessness in Harrisburg, and serving at her home parish, St. Theresa in New Cumberland. Her volunteer work reflects a deep commitment to both her clients and the broader community.
