Ursula practices in the McNees Labor and Employment Practice Group where she provides regular counseling for employers on a variety of employment-related issues, including workplace discrimination and harassment, family and medical leave, workplace accommodations, employee relations issues, employment agreements, wage and hour issues, policy drafting and best practices for litigation avoidance. Ursula also conducts training for clients and workplace investigations. She has significant knowledge of a wide range of employment laws and routinely works with employers to find solutions to workplace issues.
Immediately before joining McNees, Ursula spent over twelve years working in-house for an international corporation in both the Legal and Human Resources Departments. Ursula graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2001.
Ursula also has served on the board of directors and committees for various non-profit organizations and provides legal services to local non-profit and community organizations through McNees’ pro bono program.
