Phillip is an experienced litigator who represents businesses, individuals, and employers in complex commercial and civil disputes. He brings significant courtroom experience in state and federal trial courts, along with appellate experience before Pennsylvania’s Superior and Commonwealth Courts.
His work includes contract disputes, business ownership disputes, real estate-related disputes, employment discrimination matters, creditor-debtor litigation, municipal matters, and civil rights claims. Phillip handles litigation from pre-suit investigation through pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
Phillip also supports the firm’s higher education clients in Title IX and other civil rights disputes and provides guidance on risk management and legal compliance.
Earlier in his career, he served as deputy attorney general for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where he represented Commonwealth agencies and officials in state and federal court. He also served as an assistant public defender in Lancaster County.
