Overview

Madison supports businesses, contractors, and subcontractors in construction matters arising on both public and private projects. She advises clients in disputes, contracts, and risk mitigation.

She drafts and negotiates contract documents, purchase orders, releases, and waivers. When disputes arise, she works with clients in matters involving mechanics’ liens, scope of work, change orders, differing site conditions, and assessment of liquidated damages.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Madison worked alongside the firm’s construction attorneys as a law clerk while she earned her law degree. Previously, she interned with a Harrisburg-based firm, where she gained experience in litigation involving construction, energy, and utilities, as well as commercial matters.
