Loren represents municipal clients and property owners in a variety of zoning, land use, and real estate matters. He assists clients with land development projects before municipal boards and at public hearings to obtain final approvals.
He has experience in contract preparation, reviewing front-end documents and non-technical specifications, and preparing contracts for various construction and procurement projects ranging in value from several thousand dollars to multimillion-dollar.
In addition, Loren has extensive experience counseling and representing several Pennsylvania school districts in tax assessment appeal matters. Loren regularly negotiates, mediates, and settles tax assessment appeals and is routinely consulted on various tax assessment appeal issues in Montgomery County.
