Kyle is an experienced education attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing school districts and other education clients in governance, employment, and policy matters. He advises administrators and school boards on legal and operational issues affecting school governance, compliance, and risk management.

He handles matters related to student discipline, school safety, child abuse reporting requirements, and criminal background clearances. Kyle represents clients in administrative hearings and advises on information and data privacy matters, including Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law and federal student privacy requirements. He also counsels clients on policy development, student residency issues, school taxation, and Title IX compliance.

Before joining the firm, Kyle practiced as a partner in the education department of a law firm in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Earlier in his career, he served as a criminal litigator in the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office. He maintained a solo practice handling commercial matters, domestic relations disputes, real estate transactions, litigation, and personal injury representation, during which he built strong business ties with the community. He was also associated with a law firm in Norristown, Pennsylvania, with similar practice areas.

Kyle previously served as president of the Wallingford-Swarthmore Board of School Directors. He also served as solicitor to the Ohev Shalom Synagogue Board of Directors and was a member of the regional board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia – Delaware County.
