What does Kelliann do for Clients?
Kelliann leverages strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills to work with a multitude of clients and professionals including personal representatives, trustees, attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and court professionals.

Prior to joining McNees, Kelliann served as a legal assistant and paralegal for a well-respected suburban Philadelphia-area firm, where she:

  • Conducted, formulated and finalized Estate Planning documents such as Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Living Wills.
  • Gathered information and drafted documents pertaining to the probate process for Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.
  • Prepared state inheritance tax returns and fiduciary accountings for estate administration clients.
  • Maintained electronic case files as well as coordinated communication between the legal team members and clients.

How does Kelliann spend her free time?
In her free time, Kelliann enjoys relaxing with friends and family. She also enjoys traveling and loves to cheer on her favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
