Profile

Garth practices in Orphans’ Court litigation and counsels clients with estate planning.

What is Garths Approach to the Practice of Law?
Garth’s dual expertise in planning and litigation gives him an advantage in both. He knows from will contests and other disputes where estate planners make mistakes so he knows where and when to watch out for land mines, and planning what questions to ask and how to better cross examine witnesses when litigating because of his broader and deeper understanding of how to build an estate plan and the process of planning.

What do Clients have to say about Garth?
Clients find Garth easy to understand and communicate with. A person you could have a beer with. Someone who takes the time to distill complex tax issues into layman’s terms. In litigation, he is a compassionate advocate and passionate competitor.

How does Garth spend his free time?
Garth spends a lot of time walking the sidelines of sports fields and watching his boys play their various sports.
