Libby previously handled commercial litigation matters and is uniquely positioned to advise clients on potential litigation risks and considerations. Libby also advises clients on ESG strategy development and compliance.
Before joining the firm, Libby clerked for the Honorable Henry W. Van Eck in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, providing her with valuable, in-depth courtroom experience. She also worked as associate counsel for the Pennsylvania Treasury Department.
