Overview

Elizabeth (“Libby”) represents businesses and organizations in commercial litigation. She also advises clients on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, related to regulatory compliance, investment strategies, sustainability, and labor and employment issues.

Libby handles matters including commercial litigation and real property disputes, including eminent domain actions. Libby also handles labor and employment litigation, including non-compete and non-solicitation matters. In addition to litigation, Libby advises clients on ESG strategy development and compliance.

Before joining the firm, Libby clerked for the Honorable Henry W. Van Eck in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, providing her with valuable, in-depth courtroom experience. She also worked as Associate Counsel for the Pennsylvania Treasury Department.
