He represents clients in entity formations, dispute resolution, and commercial contract negotiations. Additionally, he structures supplier, customer, and service agreements for engineering and industrial manufacturing clients, advising on liability allocation, warranties, indemnification, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining the firm, Don founded and managed a boutique intellectual property firm in Pittsburgh, where he assisted many of the region’s fast-growing businesses and innovators in managing and protecting their portfolios.
