David works with school districts and private clients on real estate assessment appeals and works with school district clients on a variety of education-related matters.

David also works with municipal and residential clients on real estate and land use matters. His practice includes zoning, subdivision, and land development issues, helping clients navigate municipal regulations and secure approvals for development projects, including matters affecting schools and education clients.

He handles matters involving zoning and land-use approvals, subdivision and land-development applications, and real estate assessment appeals. David appears before zoning hearing boards and other governmental bodies and assists clients with reviewing development plans and municipal ordinances, preparing and filing applications, and obtaining necessary approvals. He also manages residential real estate closings.

Before joining the firm, David practiced at a Philadelphia-area law firm, where he focused on zoning and land-use matters and assessment appeals. He also interned with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office Economic Crime Unit, reviewing case files, preparing materials for preliminary hearings, and drafting motions. Before law school, David worked as a sports journalist, earning a national Associated Press Sports Editors Award and contributing to publications including the Associated Press, The Dallas Morning News, Miami Herald, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and Arizona Republic, and is also a contributor in his spare time to the City of Basketball Love website.
