Profile

Craig advises contractors and project stakeholders on infrastructure, construction, and development projects. He counsels clients on construction contracts, risk management, and project-related business issues, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the large-scale civil construction sector.

He focuses on transportation and public works projects, advising on contract strategy, risk allocation, claims, and regulatory compliance. His experience includes construction and commercial disputes, insurance matters, environmental claims, OSHA issues, surety bond claims, labor and employment-related matters, and administrative claims. He also advises on project-related real estate matters, including acquisitions, commercial leases, financing documents, environmental assessments, and permitting.
