Colleen represents public and private clients in real estate matters. She advises on a range of transactions and agreements, including public finance, procurement, and real estate matters. She also supports clients in the education sector.
Before joining the firm, Colleen practiced at Philadelphia-area and New Jersey law firms, where she advised clients on a range of transactional and corporate matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Donald J. Stein of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
