Christina Marshall

Overview

With nearly three decades of dedicated legal service, Christina is a highly accomplished paralegal focusing on litigation and administrative law. Over her 27-year career, she has mastered the intricacies of administrative agency and state and federal court litigation.

Christina’s decades of experience bring deep procedural knowledge and an ability to manage complex caseloads from inception through discovery, trial, and appeal. She is a proven leader and champion of professional development. Christina has spent years supervising legal support teams, optimizing litigation workflows, and mentoring paralegals to foster the next generation of legal talent.

Before joining McNees, Christina served for more than 16 years as the Governor’s Office of General Counsel’s senior legal analyst, litigation coordinator, administration transition coordinator, civil referrals and delegations coordinator, and paralegal supervisor. In addition to those roles, she served as the agency’s docket clerk in connection with administrative appeals involving determinations regarding representation and indemnification of Commonwealth employees under the Governor’s jurisdiction. She also drafted pleadings, adjudications and orders, proposed reports and recommendations, counseled attorneys practicing before administrative agencies and appellate courts in the Commonwealth, and acted as a liaison to administrative agencies and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.

Prior to her time with the Governor’s Office of General Counsel, Christina worked for area law firms, including Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 firms.
