Beth represents and counsels school districts and career and technical education centers in education and labor and employment matters. She advises educators and institutions on matters involving student affairs, special education and disability accommodation issues, internal investigations, contract negotiation, employee discipline, and employment disputes. Beth also represents school districts and career and technical education centers as a school solicitor.
Beth’s practice includes defending clients in state and federal court and before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the EEOC, and the Office for Dispute Resolution.
As a former Deputy Attorney General in the Education and Higher Education Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Beth represented the New Jersey Department of Education in complex issues involving special education, school funding, and teacher licensing revocations. She also gained significant experience in labor and employment matters, representing one of New Jersey’s state colleges.
