Andrew is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group.

He regularly advises employers with respect to a broad range of labor and employment compliance issues. Andrew represents employers in employment litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative agency proceedings, including employment discrimination and harassment litigation, wage and hour litigation, wrongful discharge and many other employment-related claims. Andrew also represents employers in OSHA proceedings.

Andrew’s labor practice involves representing management in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and in NLRB proceedings.

Andrew represents many construction contractors with respect to labor and employment issues facing the industry, including compliance with prevailing wage laws and Taft-Hartley multi-employer plan participation.
