Alyssa represents public and private schools in labor and employment matters and Title IX compliance. She advises clients in the education sector, focusing on workplace risk management and regulatory compliance.

She handles matters involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and breach of contract and wrongful discharge, as well as employment compliance and Title IX obligations. Alyssa regularly represents clients in litigation before state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings.

Before joining the firm, Alyssa practiced at multiple Philadelphia-area law firms, representing clients in a range of labor and employment matters. She also worked as a case coordinator and case manager for a mediation and arbitration service while earning her law degree.
