Abigail represents public and private education entities in labor and employment matters. She advises clients on workplace and regulatory matters, focusing on risk management and resolving complex employment disputes.
She handles matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Abigail represents clients in litigation, administrative proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. She advises on workplace policies and procedures, specifically for educational institutions.
Before joining the firm, Abigail practiced at multiple Southeastern Pennsylvania-based firms, representing companies of all sizes and individuals in a range of employment matters. This experience informs her work advising education clients on workplace disputes and compliance matters. While earning her law degree, she interned with the Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor, Region III, and a boutique law firm.
