HARRISBURG, PA (July 24, 2015) – On Monday, October 12,
Brian P. Gregg will be honored as one of
Central Penn Business Journal’s 2015
Forty Under 40 award recipients for his commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community service.
Mr. Gregg is an associate in the McNees
Intellectual Property,
Alcoholic Beverage and Liquor License and
Food Industry practice groups and has been recognized as a 2014 and 2015 Pennsylvania Rising Star® and awarded the Legal Intelligencer’s 2012 Unsung Hero Award for pro bono service.
In his practice, Mr. Gregg focuses on trademark and copyright protection, software and technology services contracts, franchising, food labeling, internet law and other issues related to the protection and licensing of intellectual property. He has a particular focus assisting craft breweries, wineries and craft liquor distilleries with trademark protection, development of branding strategies and liquor license permitting.
Mr. Gregg received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Gregg and the other award recipients will be featured in a special publication distributed in the October 16 edition of the
Central Penn Business Journal. The list of winners will also appear in the 2016
Book of Listspublication.
