He later joined a regional law firm as a partner.
Throughout his career, Anderson represented attorneys, law firms and judges responding to ethics inquiries or defending against commonwealth boards. Likewise, he has defended businesses and individuals in white collar government investigations, regulatory enforcement proceedings, federal and state grand jury investigations and trials.
“Erik will be an exceptional resource for our clients. He has the proven ability to lead teams of professionals in sophisticated, complex matters for both public and private sector clients,” McNees Chair Brian Jackson said. “We are thrilled to have him join us.”

“I have long been impressed with the professionalism and legal acumen of McNees’ attorneys and professionals,” Anderson said. “The reputation this firm has developed in the community for delivering exceptional client service is well earned, and I’m excited to join them in providing premium value to our clients.”
Anderson will be working on government matters with McNees’ government services professionals, including Drew Crompton, former Commonwealth Court judge and co-chair of the McNees Strategic Solutions Group.
