McNees welcomes Shawn Woll as business development manager

Shawn Woll has joined McNees as business development manager, serving as a strategic partner to practice group leaders and attorneys across the firm to design, lead, and execute growth initiatives.

Woll brings nearly 10 years of business development experience, including two years focused on the legal industry, to drive McNees’ growth strategy, client development, and firmwide business development initiatives. He partners directly with practice group leaders and individual attorneys to cultivate relationships and identify new opportunities.

In his most recent role as business development manager at a law firm, Woll built and executed business development plans, designed and rolled out a firmwide on-demand training platform, and spearheaded the firm’s CRM migration to enhance lead tracking and ROI reporting.

Before transitioning to the legal industry, Woll dedicated more than seven years to business development at an environmental services company, where he cultivated a portfolio of over 100 client relationships and earned a seat on the company’s advisory board.

Woll earned a Bachelor of Science in geoscience from Pennsylvania State University. Outside the office, he is an active community member, serving as immediate past president and board member of the Kiltie Band of York and as a 3rd degree knight with St. Philip the Apostle Council of the Knights of Columbus.
