Rachel works closely with firm leadership to shape hiring strategies that support the firm’s growth and culture. She guides firmwide talent planning for attorneys and professional staff. Her role includes expanding talent acquisition efforts through enhanced sourcing and retention strategies and implementing programs that support the firm’s continued growth.
Before joining McNees, Rachel founded and operated a recruitment and consultancy firm, partnering with local and global clients. She has also led recruiting and talent strategy efforts across professional services, with experience spanning executive search, HR technology implementation, and compensation planning.
