He handles matters involved in the ownership, development, sale, purchase, and leasing of real estate for both commercial and residential properties, including raw land, retail, office, flex/warehouse, and mixed-use properties, condominiums, single- and multi-family properties, and residential subdivisions. He also advises on business and succession planning, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Kendall advises clients in connection with a variety of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.
Kendall has been active in the Frederick community, including previously serving on boards of local non-profit organizations such as United Way of Frederick County, Advocates for Homeless Families, and Key City Athletics Foundation.
