Overview

Kendall represents property owners, property buyers, and tenants in real estate and construction matters, as well as businesses and their owners in ownership, business planning, and transactional matters.

He handles matters involved in the ownership, development, sale, purchase, and leasing of real estate for both commercial and residential properties, including raw land, retail, office, flex/warehouse, and mixed-use properties, condominiums, single- and multi-family properties, and residential subdivisions. He also advises on business and succession planning, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Kendall advises clients in connection with a variety of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.

Kendall has been active in the Frederick community, including previously serving on boards of local non-profit organizations such as United Way of Frederick County, Advocates for Homeless Families, and Key City Athletics Foundation.
