Experienced fiduciary litigator Elena Baylarian joins McNees in Radnor

RADNOR, Pa. (Mar. 9, 2026) — McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that fiduciary litigator Elena Baylarian has joined the firm’s Litigation and Estate Planning Groups in Radnor.
Baylarian brings extensive trial experience representing clients in complex trust and estate disputes. She represents corporate and individual fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders in disputes involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary administration.
Baylarian handles all phases of the litigation process, from discovery and research to mediation, trial, or settlement. Her practice focuses on will contests, guardianships, power of attorney and trust disputes and other Orphans’ Court proceedings. Before joining McNees, Baylarian handled civil and Orphans’ Court matters across Eastern Pennsylvania.
In addition to her fiduciary litigation clients, Baylarian also handles commercial litigation matters, including business and contract disputes.

Baylarian earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin and Marshall College.
