HARRISBURG, Pa. – (June 11, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Jennifer Will and Devin Chwastyk are slated to present the webinar titled “Chamber LIVE: Road to Reopening (Episode IV” for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
Being moderated by David Black, President & CEO of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC, Jennifer and Devin will offer guidance on how an organization should operate in Pennsylvania’s Green Phase, best practices for workplaces to keep employees safe, bringing back furloughed employees and what current liability protections look like.

Jennifer Will is Co-Chair of the McNees Labor and Employment Practice Group. Jennifer serves on the Firm’s Political Action Committee. She represents public and private sector employers exclusively, providing advice and counseling to management on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance, collective bargaining, discrimination, and harassment.
Jennifer frequently conducts training for clients on such topics as discriminatory harassment, union avoidance, employee discipline, and hiring & firing techniques. She also participates in several speaking engagements each year, having presented continuing legal education sessions through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
Devin Chwastyk is Chair of the McNees Privacy & Data Security Practice Group, where he advises clients on how to get ahead of data exposure by developing data security policies, privacy disclosures, breach response plans, and associated training programs. Devin helps clients remedy and report security breach events. He holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional (U.S.) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
When he is not working on data security matters, Devin’s practice otherwise is focused on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on defending class action lawsuits. He has defended clients from class action claims in areas including civil rights, consumer protection law, and employment practices. He also litigates all manner of other commercial cases on behalf of organizations and individuals
