Three McNees Attorneys Discussing Pa. Finance Legislation and Ethics

HARRISBURG, Pa. — McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Timothy Horstmann, David Unkovic and Devin Chwastyk are presenting a Pennsylvania legislative update and an ethics seminar at the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers’ Seminar on Thursday, May 26.

At 2 p.m., Horstmann will cover the Pennsylvania Legislature’s leadership, Gov. Tom Wolf’s proposed budget, new public finance-related statutes and proposed bills that affect state and local government’s practice of public finance law. At 4 p.m., Unkovic and Chwastyk will discuss ethical issues related to working remotely and electronic data breaches and cyberattacks.
