The NLRB 2021 In Review and a Preview of What’s to Come in 2022

March 28, 2022
Webinars

NLRB Webinar2021 was a year of transition at the National Labor Relations Board and the first under President Biden. Control of the Board changed with the appointment of a Democratic chairman and two new Democratic members.  Jennifer Abruzzo, the Board’s new General Counsel (who was appointed following the unprecedented removal of her predecessor) wasted no time pursuing her ambitious pro-worker agenda. Meanwhile, the PRO Act passed the U.S. House early last year, but has stalled in the U.S. Senate, prompting President Biden to take executive action in an effort to boost union organizing.

Please join Adam Santucci and Bill Boak as they review these developments, preview what’s in store from the Board and President Biden in 2022, and discuss the implications for employers.
