HARRISBURG, Pa. – (October 2, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys are slated to present on various labor and employment law issues at the Northeast Pennsylvania’s Chapter of SHRM Legal Update on Thursday, October 10, 2019 in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Attorneys Eric Athey, Denise Elliott, Renée Lieux, Adam Long, Adam Santucci, Micah Saul and Joseph Sileo will cover the latest developments in employment law; personnel files, performance documentation and telecommuting; important ADA/FMLA issues, employee benefits and medical marijuana. The seminar will also feature a mock trial highlighting the pitfalls employers face when working with temporary employees and other independent contractors.
The event is approved for SHRM credits. Approval is pending for HRCI and CLE credits.
