Wage and Hour Update

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry proposed new regulations under the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act that would significantly increase the minimum salary requirement for white-collar overtime exemptions. The remote workforce and teleworking may be here to stay and will certainly continue into 2021. In this session we will discuss these issues and other wage and hour compliance topics that employers should consider as 2020 comes to a close and we look to 2021.
