McNees expands Towson office with new real estate attorney Andaiye McAndrew

TOWSON, Md. (Aug. 12, 2025) — McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that Andaiye McAndrew has joined the firm’s Towson office as part of its Real Estate Law Group. Her arrival supports the continued expansion of the firm’s Maryland presence and its real estate capabilities across the region.
McAndrew helps property owners, developers and managers navigate landlord-tenant and fair housing matters, as well as regulatory compliance related to multifamily housing, rental properties and subsidized housing programs. She also brings experience in affordable housing and community development.
Before joining McNees, McAndrew served as a staff attorney at Disability Rights Maryland, representing tenants with disabilities in eviction proceedings and subsidy-related matters. She also clerked with the National Housing Law Project, where she contributed to federal housing advocacy efforts and U.S. Supreme Court amicus briefs.

McAndrew earned her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
