Kiandra is an Associate in the firm’s Lancaster office, where she practices in the Orphans’ Court Litigation and Commercial Litigation Groups.

Kiandra focuses her practice on representing professional fiduciaries in fiduciary litigation matters. She works with trust officers, estate administrators, and other professionals in all matters of fiduciary litigation. She has litigated matters involving the interpretation of wills and trust agreements, trust modification and reformation, discretionary distributions to beneficiaries, guardianships, surcharge actions for trustees, executors and agents, as well as matters involving special needs trusts.

In addition to her fiduciary litigation practice, Kiandra represents clients in all types of commercial disputes including representing corporations and business owners in disputes involving contracts, warranties, and real estate. She also represents clients seeking, and defending against, injunctive relief.

As a committed volunteer, in 2016, Kiandra participated in the Clemency Project 2014 where she successfully represented an incarcerated individual who received clemency from former President Barack H. Obama. She is also an active participant with the Lancaster-based Children Deserve a Chance Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of Assets and the Junior Board of Girls on the Run of Lancaster.

Prior to joining McNees, Kiandra served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Dennis E. Reinaker, President Judge of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas and an Assistant City Solicitor in the Tax Unit for the City of Philadelphia Law Department. Bair earned her law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, where she served as a member of the Black Law Students Association, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland – College Park, where she served on the University Student Judiciary – Student Honor Council.

Assistant City Solicitor – Tax Unit for the City of Philadelphia Law Department.  Represented the Water Revenue Bureau before the Philadelphia Municipal Court, Tax Review Board, and the Court of Common Pleas.
