Member Sarah Hyser-Staub, Of Counsel James T. Clancy and Associate Charles T. Jones III were recipients of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ (PACDL) 2024 President’s and Directors’ Commendations award. The trio received the award, given annually for exemplary contributions to criminal defense advocacy, for their standout work on federal criminal sentencing issues and drew the following citation from PACDL:
“It is with great appreciation and admiration that we recognize your support of PACDL and your dedication to sharing your knowledge and experience with the legal community. Your informative articles published in For The Defense have been invaluable resources for fellow practitioners, contributing significantly to the advancement of criminal defense advocacy.

Your commitment to excellence and your willingness to share your expertise embody the core values of PACDL, and we are honored to recognize your achievements.”
In addition to receiving the commendation, Sarah was also named to the PACDL Board of Directors.
