McNees Announces Additions to Litigation Group

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (Monday, April 12, 2021) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce that Lauren Anthony and Elizabeth Smith joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Lauren began her career as a law clerk for the Honorable Yvette Kane, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, from 2017 to 2020. She then practiced as a litigation associate with a law firm in the Philadelphia area.
Lauren earned her J.D. from Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law and undergraduate degree from McGill University.
Elizabeth joins the firm after completing a four-year clerkship with the Honorable Henry W. Van Eck in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to her clerkship, Libby worked as Associate Counsel for the Pennsylvania Treasury Department.
Libby earned her J.D. from Villanova University, LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
