Events, Webinars

Presented by McNees Attorneys Adam Long and Adam Santucci

This McNees Labor & Employment Webinar will explore the legal implications of using temporary employees and other contractors that employers often do not treat as their own employees. Many employers assume that the use of temps and contractors automatically eliminates potential legal liability from employment claims. Unfortunately, that is just not true. As some employers have learned the hard way, it is not that easy. Employers can face liability from claims made by temps and contractors under many employment laws. We will examine the legal issues and discuss best practices for avoiding liability from temps and contractors.
