FREDERICK, Md. — (July 13, 2023) McNees Wallace & Nurick is strengthening both its Maryland Corporate & Tax and Frederick teams with the addition of attorney Jordan Nittinger Polce, the firm’s second addition there in two weeks.

Nittinger Polce is a corporate attorney who regularly works with businesses through all phases of a transaction, from negotiation and due diligence to closing, and assists in a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and complex financings. She has experience in corporate governance, securities, commercial financial transactions, bankruptcy matters, capital markets with respect to renewable energy financings and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining McNees, Nittinger Polce practiced corporate law with a focus on commercial finance from the Maryland office of a Global 100 firm. She also worked at Porsche USA, where she analyzed the use of telematic vehicles, including privacy matters.

“Jordan’s addition to our team, especially her impressive background in mergers and acquisitions, allows us to provide meaningful support and resources to our regional and national clients,” Nicole Stezar Kaylor, co-chair of the McNees Corporate & Tax Law Group, said. “Having Jordan as a member of our deal team allows us to provide even more exceptional client service.”

Located less than an hour from Baltimore and Washington, D.C., in Maryland’s second largest city, McNees’ office in Frederick has become an integral part of the firm in the last five years. The attorneys based there have longstanding reputations in the community as thought leaders who consistently meet their clients’ multifaceted needs related to corporate business, tax law, real estate, land use, construction, energy regulation and supply and litigation, among other matters.

McNees moved to larger offices in the Riverside Five complex on Progress Drive about 10 months ago to accommodate the Frederick team’s continued growth. Since then, the firm added legal talent – Matthew Graham most recently.

The Corporate & Tax team at McNees, led by Timothy M. Finnerty and Kaylor, combines innovative, practical business solutions with cost-efficient service. The full-service transaction team combines its broad experience with specialists in other practices to serve clients in Maryland and Pennsylvania in industries including automotive dealerships, construction, food and beverage, healthcare, professional services, retail and technology.
