HARRISBURG, Pa. — McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC construction law attorneys Michael Klein and David Levine and labor attorney Andrew Levy are presenting a valuable COVID-19 update for construction industry professionals on how to manage supply chain interruptions and vaccine and testing requirements at an upcoming Master Builders’ Association of Western Pennsylvania, Inc. seminar.

Klein, Levine and Levy will cover how supply chain interruptions impact prices of materials and availability of labor, how to build virus-related costs into contracts and subcontracts and how to untangle government- and customer-implemented vaccination and/or testing requirements.
