McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC represented marketing agency investment and advisory group Unite Digital in its recently announced acquisition of digital marketing and advertising firm Millennium Communications.

Millennium Communications, based in Syosset, N.Y., is a boutique digital design and development agency serving global industry leaders in the financial, CPG and other industries. Its professionals specialize in creating engaging, secure and accessible web experiences.

The McNees team was led by member attorney Timothy Finnerty and of counsel attorney Andrew Murphy, both with the firm’s Corporate & Tax Law Group. They provided strategic legal advice and worked closely with Unite Digital’s leaders and advisors on the full scope of the deal, from negotiating and structuring the deal to closing the transaction. McNees’ attorneys also provided Unite Digital with guidance on unique aspects of the deal involving intellectual property, employment and employee benefits.
