McNees Attorneys to Take Part in PBI Course on Pennsylvania’s Tax Assessment Law

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Paul Morcom and Adam Koelsch of McNees Wallace & Nurick’s State and Local Tax Group will take part in a course on Pennsylvania’s real estate tax assessment law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute later this month.

The course will be comprehensive, reviewing the latest developments in the law and being a resource to fine-tune skills whether a county is scheduled for a revaluation or a client wishes to file a tax assessment appeal or needs assistance obtaining a property tax exemption.

As a bonus, attendees will receive a print and digital copy of Assessment Law and Procedure in Pennsylvania (17th Edition) from PBI Press, authored by McNees’ Paul Morcom, Adam Koelsch and Meghan Holjes.
