Attorney Ursula Siverling and HR Influenced’s Kristen Evans presented at Pennsylvania SHRM’s Spring Legal & Legislative Conference on April 30 at the Penn Harris Hotel & Convention Center in Camp Hill, Pa.

Their presentation, “Building a Bulletproof Culture of Compliance: Managing Risk Through Documentation, Policies & More,” explored how employers can reduce risk by strengthening documentation and implementing clearer policies that support consistent workplace practices.

Ursula practices in the Labor and Employment Practice Group, where she counsels employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including discrimination and harassment, leave and accommodations, wage and hour matters, employee relations, employment agreements, and policy drafting.

Kristen is a strategic HR leader with two decades of experience across the full spectrum of HR management. Through her work at HR Influenced, an ancillary business of McNees, she helps organizations improve performance and unlock business potential through effective HR strategies.
